At Pinhigh Vietnam, we strive to make your booking and payment process as simple and convenient as possible. In this article, we will provide you with an overview of our payment and deposit policy to ensure that your trip planning runs smoothly.

Deposit Requirement

To confirm your booking with Pinhigh Vietnam, we require a 30% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable, but it is transferrable to a different date if you need to make changes to your travel plans. Please note that the deposit is required to secure your reservation, and without it, we cannot guarantee your booking.

Balance Payment

The balance payment for your trip is due before 30 days of your arrival. If your departure time is less than 30 days away, we require 100% of the payment. Failure to pay the balance amount before the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking, and we will retain your deposit as a cancellation fee.

Payment Modes

At Pinhigh Vietnam, we offer two payment modes: bank transfer and credit card. You can choose the mode that is most convenient for you. However, please note that additional fees may apply for credit card payments.

Bank Transfer

If you prefer to make a bank transfer, we will provide you with our bank account details upon confirmation of your booking. Please ensure that you provide us with a copy of the bank transfer receipt to confirm your payment.

Credit Card

We also accept credit card payments, and you can make the payment using your Visa, Mastercard, or American Express card. Please note that there is a fee of 2.5% for Visa and Mastercard payments, and a fee of 3.5% for American Express payments.
